Turn the stocking inside out to the heel. Put the bottom of the stocking on your fingers, then to the instep of the foot and on the heel.

Grab the inverted part of the stocking (1.5-2 cm from the bend) with your fingers and pull it up, putting it on the heel and pulling it to the instep and then up. Make sure that the stocking sits correctly on the heel.

Again and again, grabbing the stocking with your fingers (2-3 cm from the bend), gradually pull the stocking up along the leg. Make sure there are no wrinkles. If necessary, spread the stocking evenly over the leg, using rubber gloves for this. Do not pull the top of the stocking or the silicone band, as this can tear it.
