The Ortonia ManuTon brace is designed specifically to support muscular stabilization of the wrist joint and reduce inflammation and pain in the wrist: sprains, wrist injuries, joint overload and post-surgical conditions.
The Ortonia ManuTon wrist band provides micro-massage in the joint area and adjustable external stabilization.
Micromassage of the tissues of the wrist joint is achieved by creating a certain pressure with changes during movements, which helps activate the joint receptors and restore normal muscle function.
Ortonia ManuTon bandage:
Activates the periarticular muscles, restoring their balance and reducing pain and discomfort in the wrist. The feeling of pain in the wrist is replaced by a feeling of compression. The bandage improves blood circulation in the tissues of the wrist joint, which reduces inflammation, swelling and increases range of motion. Additional adjustable external stabilization may be required depending on the severity of the injury or illness. It is provided with a flexible stabilizer on the palm side and a wide, removable outer tape.
The brace will help limit movements that can increase pain and inflammation of the wrist joint, and help stabilize it externally. The Ortonia ManuTon Bandage can be used with or without an external band.
Indications for use include rehabilitation after injury and surgery, joint development after immobilization, pain due to degenerative changes, joint inflammation (including rheumatoid arthritis), tenosynovitis and discomfort during exercise after previous injury or surgery.
Contraindications include disorders of arterial and venous circulation, lymphatic congestion in the joint area, skin diseases and individual intolerance to bandage materials.

To achieve maximum effectiveness and comfort when using the Ortonia ManuTon dynamic brace, you must accurately select the appropriate size. To determine the correct size, measure your wrist circumference using a soft measuring tape according to the method shown in the picture. You should then use the size chart to select the appropriate size based on your measurements.
