Elbow brace Ortonia Epiton is a brace that helps to reduce pain and restore movement in the elbow joint after injuries and operations.
Bandage on the elbow joint Ortonia Еpiton creates the effect of tissue micromassage in the area of the elbow joint due to which:
- around the articular muscles are activated, their balanced work is restored, soreness and discomfort in the elbow that occur during exercise are reduced
- decreased sensation of pain in the elbow
- improves blood circulation and lymph outflow in the tissues of the elbow joint, due to which the severity of inflammatory processes in the joint decreases – reduces swelling, pain
- increased range of motion
Epiton Ortonia dynamic elbow brace is a medical product, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
For selection, you need to measure the circumference of the forearm at a distance of 13 cm from the middle of the elbow joint, as shown in the figure. The measurement is taken along the outer surface of the joint. In this case, the forearm should be bent at an angle of 150˚. The size is determined by the table.
INDICATIONS

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- disorders of arterial and venous circulation, impaired lymph outflow, venous thrombosis, thrombophlebitis even in areas of the body remote from the elbow joint
- diseases and damage to the skin on the area of the body where it is necessary to wear a bandage, especially when signs of inflammation appear
- individual intolerance to the materials from which the product is made
In the presence of such symptoms as listed below, the use of the product is possible only after consulting a doctor:
- the presence of scars with swelling, swelling, redness or hyperthermia in the area of the skin where it is necessary to wear a bandage
- sensory impairment of the hand as a result of neurological changes
