Insole Care & Use
Product Selection
- Before purchasing, we recommend consulting with a medical professional.
- Milsols orthopedic insoles must match your foot size precisely and fit snugly inside your shoe—without gaps at the toe or heel.
- Before inserting the insoles, make sure to remove any existing ones from your shoes.
Important Warnings
- Select the correct size to ensure comfort.
- Do not use only one insole—it may cause imbalance.
- Make sure left and right insoles are placed correctly in the shoes.
- Avoid contact with injured or broken skin—this is a non-sterile product.
Usage Guidelines
- Do not remove the insole from your shoe unless necessary.
- If you experience heavy foot perspiration, allow the insole to dry inside the shoe.
- If the insole becomes deformed, remove it and stand on it barefoot—body heat will help it regain its shape.
- Avoid direct heat sources such as sunlight, radiators, or any heating devices.
Cleaning Instructions
- Wipe with a damp cloth and neutral soap.
- Do not immerse in water.
- Let dry in a shaded area, away from heat sources.
Disposal
Dispose of the insoles according to local waste management regulations.
